Winvian Farms – Connecticut
At Winvian Farms, you are invited to get comfy in the Litchfield Hills of Connecticut. You’ll find nearly everything served is grown on the property, even the leafy table centerpieces picked from the gardens. The 18th-century dining room has a resplendent fireside where patrons enjoy the hand-crafted seasonal menu. Three menus–breakfast, lunch, and dinner–focus on crisp fresh greens, delectably juicy tomatoes, squash, and cucumbers. You’ll feel the health benefits working their magic throughout your stay.
The Inn at Serenbe – Georgia
Located in the heart of Georgia, The Inn at Serenbe has a few local restaurants all serving farm-to-table menus. This small community is focused on well-being and sustainability with local farmers contributing to each surrounding eatery as well as the Inn’s daily breakfast. Each spot is a gourmand’s dream, featuring unique culinary approaches.
At The Hill, diners will find a menu featuring grilled dishes land and sea dishes, such as wood-grilled filet, lemon chicken, and salmon. One of the first farm-to-table concepts in the area was The Farmhouse. Boasting a farm on the property, it also sources ingredients from other local Serenbe farms. Full of Southern comfort staples, the dishes will take you back to your mother’s kitchen, of course, with a modern twist. On the lunch menu are lobster rolls, farmhouse BLT, and a classic cheeseburger. For dinner, scallops, pork chops, and fried chicken. You’ll feel like a bonafide foodie with a menu featuring something anyone can enjoy.
Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa – California
Surrounded by olive trees, it only makes sense that the Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa dinner menu is Mediterranean-inspired. Though, if you make it to breakfast you’ll be taken south of the border with menu items inspired by the savory flavors of Central America–avocado toast and acai bowl, huevos rancheros, and a delicious breakfast burrito made with cage-free eggs, chorizo, and house-made salsa.

This ranch-to-table is an experience like no other. Located in Phillipsburg, Montana, The Ranch at Rock Creek is a culinary adventure. You’ll find five different eating options, each serving regionally sourced ingredients appealing to every culinary mood under the sun.
